Contact the communications team
Welcome to the media service for St Andrew's Healthcare. We provide a central service at St Andrew's for enquires from UK national, regional, professional and healthcare media.
The team can be contacted by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01604 616191 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours please telephone 01604 616000 to reach the on call media contact.
Here are some of the main things we can help you with.
The communications team acts as the Charity's first point of contact for all media enquiries. We issue news releases on behalf of the Charity and arrange events to launch or promote key initiatives.
We aim to provide a response to all media enquiries within three hours or we will call back to agree when we will be able to provide a response.
Whenever possible we ask for at least 24 hours notice to arrange interviews.
News releases are issued via e-mail and are published on the website. If you are a journalist and would like to be added to our news release distribution list then please contact the communications team.

Clear and consistent branding is important to the Charity. Corporate identity guidelines are available to download and our logo is available on request for approved uses.
We welcome enquiries from broadcasters and journalists who are creating features, programmes or documentaries which challenge the stigma often associated with mental illness, brain injury, learning disability or autism.
Please contact us on 01604 616191 or email@example.com to discuss your enquiry.
Photography and filming
Because of the nature of care we provide and our duty of confidentiality to patients, photography, filming and other types of recording are prohibited except with the express permission of the Charity and under supervision at all times.
